Membership Policy
All memberships are based on a 12 month commitment.
To stay enrolled in our memberships, your credit card is required to be kept on file.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Appointments can neither be transferred to another person nor can they be rolled over into the next month. It is your responsibility to schedule in your treatment every month. In the event that the member fails to attend their allotted monthly treatment, their credit card on file will be charged in full on the last day of the month.
An early cancellation fee will be applied for any termination of your membership before the end of your one-year commitment period. This fee amounts to 50% of the monthly price multiplied by the number of months remaining on your term.
Monthly membership privileges cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, packages, or offers.
